maybe my anxiety is overblown?

I just finished Performance Anxiety by Gordon Moss. 

And then there is this additional recurring expense called lot rent.

Only 3 years later Im 24 now and I laugh at how hard I cried and sickeneded myself of anxiety then.

Assuming I find a good wholesaler, I think that it can relieve some of the pressure and anxiety when starting out.

Trying to have recurring appointments set up, just a got a property in the Avondale area and I’m aware of rodents being pretty bad on the North Side as well as when my inspector went into my crawl space he noticed a few droppings.

My question is, what are you guys doing to set up automatic/recurring payments to ensure you don’t forget to send the check every month?

If it won't be worth $750,000 do a 1031.As others have said it is a "good" problem to have with those types of gains, but I can see your anxiety as your decision has very large financial implications.

The plan was to list early and try to catch a buyer so we could use their down payment, save expense, save anxiety, blah, blah...
