Hi everyone,Got into real estate investing in 2021, and would love to be able to collaborate and network with people in my area! 

You will need to prioritize, and fix those conditions, so that the house *does* become lendable. 

For me it would depend on if I have worked with the agent before or if this is a new collaboration. 

Am I wrong in my thinking that people should prioritize paying their bills regardless of if who you owe them to asks for their money?

Madison has a very strong KW office and the tech, training and collaborative culture at KW is second to none.

With a lot of tenants, this helps them prioritize their cash as it comes in and helps them get on track.

The largest wholesale lender used by independent mortgage brokers rolled it out today (you can't roll something out like this in 24h, and they hate each other so didn't collaborate, I'm chalking it up to coincidence and/or both waiting for the same data-point to make the calculation/guess).

The terms aren't as good as a traditional Fannie/Freddie loan (15 year term), but I prioritize getting my capital back quickly & buying more houses.

Some syndications have prefs, some prioritize return of vs return on capital first, some pay monthly, some don't pay for the first year, some pay quarterly.
