@Toi Perry I have normally just received security deposits at closing.If your not using  realtor, see if they will transfer it to your closing attorney.

I did not evict him so he has home to go to after hospital, allow nearly 18 months for him to catch up on rent.I would only offer what I would normally offer for this type of deals, no different vs. other deals.

The reason most houses built today have forced hot air is because you can use the same ducts for air conditioning so it normally ends up cheaper.
