The City will begin discussion late this year and there is a possibility they will have the momentum to get it right this time.

The WI course teaches you how to talk to sellers which is a skill you absolutely must develop.

So I may as well look at investing in the one that is appreciating with momentum rather than the ones who have shown a depreciation.
