I received a work order from the PM company regarding an electric coil burner on a stove that blew up.

IF it is tile, slate, etc then yes we can/will do roof cleaning (metal is usually not affected), but for shingles we refuse those jobs. 

Power-washing probably works great with anything but asphalt.Everything else costs money too, so I don't know if it makes more sense to replace siding, etc.Wrapping old fascia and windows with metal is a great cost-effective way to spruce up the exterior, when those components need to be painted anyways. 

I do however mention what type of material I want to use - ie if we're replacing siding I'll mention hardiplank as opposed to wood/vinyl/metal.

I know that doesnt help, but the house looks like it is on a concrete pier with large flow through areas that have metal grates.

But appraisers are human and a white, no clock Roper range with coil heating elements will likely lower the perceived quality of the property.

Previous owner had put on a new metal roof so I only had to do everything else.
