Aloha,It would not matter to me as a buyer, but depending on the local culture, it may seriously shrink your potential buyer/renter pool.

I absolutely love the wide variety of cultural restaurants we have, and am currently enjoying dance lessons with incredibly fun people who were complete strangers just a couple months ago. 

Foreign countries (or foreigners )buying up our real estate has national security implications nor to mention if this happens on a large scale and long enough it will negatively our American culture as a whole .

I'm thinking of investing more into the 8% fund but PPR has experienced massive growth as well as a few acquisitions and its tough to tell if they have the same corporate structure and culture as when I initially invested.

It's also near a community that I have a cultural connection with.

Actually, I'm full of ouzo right now and love everybody, even kids brainwashed into this re get rich quick culture, and, I'm in love with the Greek Orpheus dancers ... happy investing and happy ouzo, opa!!!!!
