The area, the block, features like SQFT, beds/baths in comparison to other homes in the area, your marketing, your response and response time and on and on and on.  

The chemicals used then to treat the block basement walls are way beyond banned now.

I installed granite counter tops in the kitchen, installed a new backsplash, painted the cabinets, added a butcher block counter top in the pantry closet, painted the interior, retiled the bathroom floor and surround for the tub and added a new vanity.

Due to self managing, we don’t want to be spread out over several cities nor more than 2 properties.We currently have a 60 unit building, 28 condo complex and 7 4-plex’s all within 1 block of each other, which works nicely.
