I use their free listing and it generates leads.They had a training session yesterday talking about new features for landlords, but I missed it.

:)Check out some of the podcasts on Wholesalers, do some research on the different contracts you'll need, and it wouldn't hurt to get in touch with an experienced RE attorney (covering your butt for one session with an atty is worth the money).

With that said I'd be happy to share contacts on contractors and you might want to join the PCREIA - they are doing virtual sessions and there are a lot of contacts in that group that can help you.

Find out where housing court is and just show up to some of the sessions.

@Lauren N Sellers I once attended a real estate investor guru session & he gave the absolute worse advice I've ever heard- "Find a deal- Then find the money".  

The free get aquainted session was a total waste of time" ie: we're here to help, or hold your questions til the end-lol...presenter said " Never before in his history of working with Nicks "A" teamhas the 3 day workshop been so cheap "Today Only" $997....you decide folks !

It got denied last session.

Saying, nobody does online sessions AND the times I was in town, she never set anything up. 

They offer several training sessions and is a good way to network as well.

I do like the REAPS satellite meetings as the are strictly networking and question / answer sessions.
