@Al RiveraThanks for the answer Al, I never even considered that.I actually did a little research online on what kind of food, drink, etc, that absolutely no one can be allergic to. 

What caused this problem in the first part was a hyper reaction to 2008 housing crisis.

I get the same reactions, but since I’ve been listening to as many podcasts as possible, reading as many real estate books as I can, talking to lenders, talking to people on BP, I’m able to explain how I have time for this or what happens if a tenant leaves or if the water heater breaks.

Sorry for coming across like this but I may have similar reaction if Trump announces that he wants to run for the mayor of some town in Puerto Rico. 

The sellers surprised reaction to the report could be a bluff and looking for a newbie to take over his problem.
