What is everyone thoughts on this? Is this going to cause another housing bubble?

Hang in there, the elections are a short time away and may bring some relief or not.

They are proposing a landlord relief fund with comes with terms of no rent increases for 5 years, the government has first right of refusal if you sell and you must offer the property to section 8 programs first. 

Our concern, we are on the last leg of relief of stay and are worried it will piss off the judge and they will not grant relief of stay.

As an out of state investor, all of this is very important and a great relief.

She did say that asbestos was not confirmed so that is a relief. 

So while you may be able to keep the deposit this is not the primary source of relief for your problem.

i called Melissa from turboevict and she told me they would take care of all those filing details which was a huge relief since i was a little confused about the court's process.so hopefully the next steps go as smoothly as possible thanks to their help.ive been debating if the flat fee is worth it for simple nonpayment case, and im thinking as of now its definitely been worth it with me being new at the process and how much time and possible risk of messing up i would have had if i had tried to do it myself

I hate to go through more upset then necessary, I already have to go to the Grand Jury on the Extortion case next week, so if I can give him a 24 hour eviction for the Extortion I won't have to procrastinate over the Stalking Protection Order any more, which would be a relief.
