I guess I've just lived in low-tax areas for too long.I'm just running numbers but wanted to know if you have walked away from properties because the property taxes were so high.

The other place on Lutheran I've just started to work on...good new on Lutheran is that house is the last vacant not under renovation on the block. 3 of 6 houses on my side two months were vacant with no signs of life....except squatters and racoons.

I've just got to figure it out.

Guys I know bought a mile away and didn’t do as well...but you never know maybe I’ve just been lucky...Never saw that field.  

Hello Investors,I've just purchase my 1st rental property and I have a Limited budget for rehab - 15K all-in.The kitchen and bathroom need some work, the floor carpet need to be removed and the house might need some paint.My question is:  where is the best room to focus 1st that will provide higher rental and contribute to refi.Thank you,Marco

I’ve just hit a slump lately ( mentally, not financially) and wanted to branch out into another sector to complement.

@Domenic D'Aurora I've just spend 2.5 years looking for a house hack in Woburn, Stoneham, Wakefield, and Melrose and recently closed and moved into my property in Wakefield. 

My intent is to sell my South Florida property in Feb. 2018, when the lease is up; however, I've just been informed i now have to change out all the plumbing at the house (to the tune of $25K).
