No world class healthcare system to look after them. 

I'm buying 'small' ($2-$5M revenue) service companies with existing cashflow in a healthcare niche for 2-4x of annual net earnings. 

There's also sometimes just unexpected expenses -- health, cars, kids, fewer work hours than promised, etc. that hinders people.

How many of you have read a good portion of the health care bill?

Another example is all the religious nut-jobs who say all life is sacred and then are happy to commit mass murder in the name of their religion, are pro-death-penalty, are happy to let people without health-care to die, etc.

For instance, today's debate is whether Health Care is a moral right or a pay for service.

Oh wait, we're still pushing healthcare legislation.

If you figure it out, please let me know well before it happens.Although if they add in higher taxes (for the so called rich), increased inflation (everyone enjoys this), and more corporate layoffs (inevitable when they raise taxes) we could see more serious problems in the not so distant future.But hey, more people will qualify for public housing, food stamps, "free" health care, etc...
