.- I will live in Milwaukee and Birmingham SFR as it's very nice inside- For other duplexes, I would not live there because of the high crimes- I will live forever for STR in Hawaii, main reason is that we have a natural tidepool in front yard lolI ask the same question to spouse like you before , and we've rentals in ok place, heaven-like place, but not-so-good neighborhood as well.

I also watched tens of bigger pockets episodes on YouTube on all types of investment strategies - wholesaling, BRRR, flipping, mobile home parks, section 8, etc.I took all of this info and researched somewhere between 15-20 markets (Arlington, Birmingham, St Louis, Jacksonville, etc) these were taken from bigger pockets guest’s markets or places with high rent to purchase price ratios from BP data.
