Middle aged men (me too!)

The wise men before us had quite a few types of  "incomes" to choose from for this purpose (i.e. gross income, gross operating income, net operating income, net income).

I hope young men get to hear this.

At the gym/club there's a bunch of us men who were born and raised here and left Ohio for first tier cities and now back to start a family, run our family business or just invest in physical real estate.
