That's why for me California for me seems so undesirable for buy/hold investors (besides the fact that prices are way too high to cash flow unless its recession time 2008-2012)It kills me to hear how long it takes to evict someone in California.

Again, I have no experience nor references to verify anything good or bad, so you must do your own due diligence.I have not heard any mud slinging (bad press) about either Scott Carson or Eddie Speed, so that is likely a positive.Frankly I initially researched notes because I wanted to create my own notes and sell a portion of the note with an arrangement where the partial buyer would have a safe LTV and we would both participate in the cash flow.

Obviously it's not worth this amount (after living in it for a month I felt it wasn't worth this much even without the repair issues, so you can understand there are a lot of other issues I haven't noted here that make it an undesirable residence - friends and family kept asking me why the heck I was paying so much).

I use a standard scoring system.Find out if your insurance coverage disallows any breeds.You may end up needing to accept an undesirable animal, then you have to hope for the best and keep them accountable to the rules, damages, and quiet enjoyment for others.
