We're getting rolling again, building spec homes in the coastal areas, and it's looking promising.As for the expensive gurus, etc., I agree with you, a waste of money I'm sure.

I couldn't help but roll my eyes reading your post ... though I did take 7-hours to go ~100 miles once on account of a whiteout.Just the same ... put me in Atlanta, Houston, New Orleans or Dallas in July or August and I don't cope well ...
