Actually has nice wood floors that can be refinished in all rooms but kitchen. 

Asking price is 232,000 (RIDICULOUS) I say that because the home needs TLC from top to bottom (a lot of cosmetic things).Refinish basementNew bathroom, new kitchen, update all floors throughout the house, landscapingThe owner does not live there, I believe he was relocated for his job.

Lately I have been either refinishing the original hardwoods or installing the $2/ft Allure from HD.

If it's hit or miss or not common then I probably would just do basic cosmetic updates (paint, refinish *not replace* the counter tops and tub if needed, professionally clean the grout, etc). 

Were they refinished at all?

I am checking into meet up groups in the area right now.I also checked on financing, since we just recently took out a loan for our home and put all of our savings into refinishing it, we are have no money to buy another home.

THe repairs would include paint inside and out, minor updates in kitchen/bathroom, and possibly refinishing the deck.

Matching the appearance and/or refinishing the entire floor takes more time (and money).

For example, a place has a bad interior paint job, or a bathtub that needs to be refinished.  

The kitchen rehab also includes granite counter tops, tile flooring, and sanding/putting a semi-gloss refinish on the cabinets with new hardware and hinges.
