I know in theory about creative solutions like partners and seller financing and house hacking, BUT putting them into practice in the right order is another story.

To me, thats bad business practIce and feels like they are hIdIng somethIng.As a wholesaler part of it is being a negotiator, if your not willing to negotiate the maybe you shouldn’t be in the business.

Fundamentally though the price increases are driven largely by inventory shortage, not risky mortgage lending practices so there's no reason to expect that the next credit crisis will stem from the housing market though it will no doubt be affected. 

Practicing Pharmacy can be rewarding in its own way but i need more freedom and i see this avenue as the ticket.

The property shows a zestimate of 1.5m though for all practical purpose it will probably go for 1.3m.
