In WA state, we are deed of trust state and non-judicial (with an option for judicial) and requires a Notice of Default (30-day cure period) and a 120-day Notice of Trustee Sale with cure period.

If LTR are a better option down the road, then there is nothing wrong with making a switch.

If you were looking to spend $500,000, would you want someone who can only show you options after 6 pm and one weekend day?

Hey BP, I'd like to learn more about a purchase structure I don't hear about often: just a straightup option to purchase or purchase option agreement (NOT a lease option). 

I look how long they have been listed.The MLS rentals would also be another option, but I believe each market seems to have its "go-to" service, i.e.

This would become a passive income source since you aren't listing the property, hosting open houses, etc.Another option would be to wholesale the deal.

Have you started looking at specific markets yet, or are you still narrowing down your options?

In regard to the remote work thing, when there are significant layoffs, I don’t think remote work option will be as ubiquitous.  

I wish the map options were available on the mobile app as well though.
