I am a real go getter and on a mission to give my family a better life.

My mission is to invest in highly appreciating single-family homes by researching foreclosures, borrowing from banks and sellers, holding rental properties from five to ten years, and obtaining tax leverage through depreciation.

I live in Mission Viejo but would drive a bit (into L.A.) for a good, trustworthy real estate attorney.  

I have family in Hunting Beach and Mission Viejo
