Gas is cheaper and usually provides better heat.Is the range/oven gas - that one is more of preference and I can see hat one being more of turn-off.

Ponder on this, you need a lead test if you are to touch any paint near a window if the house is built pre-1978, and if it tests positive, you need to hire somebody who has EPA certificate, they have to get a full coveralls, painters hat, shoe covers, and respirators, then you need an abatement company to throw away those garbage bags even if its only a few chips of paint.

I've seen so many bathrooms with cheap quality eggshell that was used in the entire house, it offer no scrubbing exposure and will peel at the drop of a hat.

I need a vehicle that can drive long distances at the drop of a hat without having to worry about 30 minute stops every 200-300 miles to recharge.Would I consider a Tesla if I was as wealthy as some of the big boys on this thread and could afford multiple vehicles?
