@J Scott What three tone scheme are you using these days?

If anybody in that chain went belly up, LL rents were going to disappear.I can't believe people are looking for another provider.When Bernie Madoff got popped did people start scrambling to find another ponzi scheme?

It's not a huge expense in the grand scheme of things, and seems like paying for it would be a defensive measure on our part to avoid more bugs, but we want to prevent a slippery slope of all the tenants asking for personal items to be replaced.

I'm still very new to it all in the grand scheme of things, but don't hesitate to reach out with any questions!

As far as Ponzi schemes go, as long as there are new investors to pay off the older ones the scheme can work for awhile.

You would have to put together a pretty good scheme to be able to consider it for the purchase rate.

That is true enough, but the bottom line is that commission-based compensation schemes exist only where the brokers (of whatever good) can in some way restrict access to supply.  

Lots of get-rich-quick schemes out there trying to separate people from their money.

Like any lever, it can exert force in two directions, upending the investor/gambler’s best-laid schemes.
