Soon, I'd pick out a target area, print up a big map of it for my wall, and spend a lot of my free time walking it with a clipboard that has a small map of the area on it and a cell phone with a good camera on it.

They stick a specialized camera up the flue (if it's unlined) and determine if you have water penetration through the chimney.

You could offer surveillance cameras to help them feel more secure.  

I had the line cameraed and it showed that there is extensive corrosion of the pipes. 

They're a bit dark and some rooms need a different camera lens to truly/better capture it.Your pricing seems on par though from a quick look of nearby rentals, so could be the time of year.

Every once in a while an issue happens where I wish I had a security camera (still need to install some), but normally I just deal with anything when I'm home.  

My plumber found out by inserting a camera that my city sewer pipe has roots in it which is causing my house sewer to back up.
