Perhaps rewording it to encourage more of a discussion than at first glance, a VERY bold unilateral proclamation. 

We also wish everyone else a successful year in being bold and making things happen!

It was a real bold step I took in trusting credit streamers with my information because I was scared of an identity theft but now am debt free and have a credit score of 780.

Adding verbiage in my lease (maybe even in bold) that the security deposit is not to be used for the last month rent is a great idea.

You can never really mimic someone else because you will always put your own flavor to it.Both strategies have positives and negatives.  

You are doing what most won't do, and your boldness will produce fruit.

I'm not bold enough to say it is the best market available (that is a somewhat subjective determination anyways)!

Due to this grant experiment and our culture, financial systems, rule of law, ect, we have trained vast swaths of our population to think that it is ok to dare greatly, to take risks, and bold strike out on their own with less fear of failure, societal stigma, exclusion from job markets than in most other places and most other time periods.
