One I don't want my staff to have to deal with a jerk, and two if you cannot behave in any decent manner online, it won't be any better over a phone call.

Even if it was owner managed, I would be having my agent contact the seller or sellers agent right away. 

As a former TurboTax employee, I can tell you that TurboTax behaved exactly as intended and programmed.
