Not sure about a project manager, I am pretty hands on with all of my projects, but I would be glad to show you my projects and the process from start to finish.

To each his own, but it will likely take creative thinking and doing what others aren't willing to do to attain success in real estate investing. 

I’m 28, finished grad school in 2015 and have been working full time for the last few years.

I did pretty much all the work myself and did kitchen cabinets repainting and added finishes, added subway tiles to the front wall and back splash, added laminate through out the house, painted, and fixed up the yard and cleaned the privacy fence and painted the outside trim of the house and so on.

Prudent thing without knowing your market is wait till 🏫 finished.

I close in 4 working days and I may be finished before I even get going on my first actual flip.Any and all help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. 

Figure out what finishes &/or features you're going to need to bring it up to the best possible ARV. 

I just finished a flip and am working on another the first was 2 bed 1 bath, spent 30k in repairs.

We bought it for $110k, and figure we'll throw $70k at the thing for a nice finish.

We found two contractors and the bid we received to finish the work were higher than the bid we contracted to complete the entire rehab!
