Under a buyers agency, the agent is working "for" you.Sounds like your agent is either swamped with work/time-crunched, lazy, or I'm missing something....

The title company or closing attorney gets those and then pays them out, if necessary, to various agencies to record all the paperwork with the county.  

Agency 30YF should work just fine.

Hi @Robert Musallam and @Ben Rice,For purchase mortgages, it's actually a common overlay to require a current tenant, but not technically an Agency requirement. 

You also need to get a title agency to close the property.

@Amy Bates Try Taylor Agency and CT Lowndes for quotes but really, you should just call several places and compare.
