Being in Massachusetts instead of say, Texas, horse properties are very few and far between - especially with 10 acres this close to Boston.As you might expect, there are no good comps.3 other big name brokerages have listed the property and have failed to sell it - each with about 200 days on market.

That ___ could be buy-and-hold, house-hack, flip, fix-and-flip, etc.Anyway, time to get off of my high horse...Still, it sounds like you're at the point where financing is what's staring at you and preventing you from going over the edge.

You can always generate a little extra money by boarding a horse or 2, and you can have a garden etc.
