We advertise online through our PM software (Rentec Direct), which syndicates with several websites.  

However, real estate business is not that easy, so learn as much as you can through online resources and then look for a mentor. 

I do drive around some on my free time too but I didn't know if there were any creative ways online to be able to find deals?

My initial research has been into - kane county foreclosure sales- researching liens online - practicing the 70% rule on the list of 2016 past and future foreclosures to see which properties sell for at or below max offer amounts and to see if i can tell what indicators set these appart from those that sell at foreclosure beyond the 70% rule amounts?

I set it up to collect rent payments online (via cozy.co) and do regular yardwork, where I occasionally see them.

My wife and I are getting started on the real estate investing journey, and are looking forward to networking with other like-minded people, both on-line and off-line, who are in the area or are possibly looking to invest in southeastern Wisconsin.

our county has an online GIS system that has all owners names and addresses. you could call the county it's located in and see if they have that system too. makes it super simple to look up all details.

There are many online schools and live classroom-based options, however I was encouraged to use Real Estate Express.

For others (most of our student housing) we advertise on-line.
