I know there ar other companies out there for virtual assistants that are more "white glove" service for finding, hiring, and training that others may have used. 

First, I assume the Seller knew the Buyer was getting financing to complete the purchase and assuming Arkansas is a race notice state, the recording order is irrelevant. 

During this particular case with the Tuscaloosa Housing Authority, the staff was dealing with some turnover, and though our AR Coordinator and Director of PM Operations were both reaching out for updates, we were not provided with adequate information regarding this ledger.
