Maybe the totals year over year would be pretty identical if you factored in short sales as well.I definitely see a lot more short sales on MLS than I remember from last year.What I am seeing is a lot less of the lower priced houses (sub 100k) these days.

If not simply remind them of this fact that on the date the fence was constructed there were no bylaws disallowing the fence to be constructed in that way.Also state that any attempt to remove or modify the fence that was legally constructed will prompt legal action.On that note be sure to consult your own attorney and verify that.

They are self-employed, so I would require them to give me copies of last two tax returns, plus a 4506T form grabbed from the IRS website to verify the accuracy of the paper copies that they present.
