I am pretty handy and can handle most of it by myself, my question is if remedy it myself can I still charge a “fair” amount for my labor and if I can’t fix the damage(stained granite) can I still charge for damage?

The unit had only been rented out for about a month when I went down to check on it and there were already food stains all over the kitchen chairs and some mysterious gross sticky stuff on one of the luggage racks.
