I am pretty handy and can handle most of it by myself, my question is if remedy it myself can I still charge a “fair” amount for my labor and if I can’t fix the damage(stained granite) can I still charge for damage?

I mean, they certainly CAN get incredibly stained in that time, but are also certainly cleanable...by someone!

Best case scenario, they cause more wear and tear on the property with each step they take, each pee dribble on the carpet, and the dirt they track in that accumulates to a stain.

They wash great, never pill and I can get any stain out of them.
