Nobody gets wealthy by saving.So lets play a mind game real quick.

It took over four years from the initial contract signing, and countless re-negotiations, but we finally closed.

Basically, I want to move forward as quickly as I can without having to feel like a salesman and churn through countless sellers to do deals.

There are countless issues you could run into - but you might breeze through it no problem.  

There are countless opportunities for you to buy right and profit regardless of what the market at large does. 

I've watched videos from countless people who are successful and their always saying stuff like you can start by wholesaling or getting a lease option and I've even heard stories of people saving money to buy a house in full then renting it out to tenants I've even heard a story of it's not worth it to buy single family homes go for multiple units.I'm eager to get started and I feel very confident that this is my future.

BTW, I don't endorse "credit scores" at all, but I know I have "played the game" contrary to the opinions of people like Dave Ramsey, who declares in How To Improve Your Credit Score Without Debt and countless other videos that debit is the devil.

I've said it countless times, learn real estate before you try to learn how to  deal in real estate.Real property is different than  personal property, real property cannot be replaced and each parcel is unique, which is the basis for value. 

I've hosted countless doctors and nurses over the years, all willing to pay a premium for a furnished and convenient pad without a long term commitment needed.
