I will be leaning heavily on a GC for the detailed rehab estimates, based on a scope of work that we'll collaborate on.

Our Slack community is super active, so you'll have many other networking and collaboration opportunities with other newbie investors in that channel!

They also know they save tons of money, prodcutivity is actually up, the only argument against it is collaboration/innovation. but it's workable just require some changes.

Best to have a good reliable system in place where you can collaborate with team members, buyers, sellers and to manage your business overall.
