It’s a 100 year old building (originally a church and was remodeled into apartments in the 90’s).

They said they had thought about it (because he had done several other egregious things besides the little matter of putting my property in their trust) but they come from a very tightknit community (they're Greek, the lawyer is Greek, the lawyer was a former family connection and was recommended by the priest at their local Greek Orthodox Church, etc, etc) and they came to a point where they just wanted to move on.

I love going to church, spending time with my family and cruising my old camaro.Excited to see the wealth of information I will get from this community and hopefully I can contribute and help others as well.

Set time aside to prospect, to work inside your business, have systems, leave time for appointments, set time for family and church.

We will be changing out of our flip-flops here in the desert in favor of winter boots as we get started with our new venture in the snows of November or December.We have been married and in full time church ministry for about 25 years, and have always had some sort of real estate project or involvement on the side... - I worked in the finance industry (banking, accounting, & facilitating 1031 exchanges) - He designed and/or helped build a couple churches - We had a rental property for a few years- We built a log home with our own two hands, chainsawing the doors and windows out of the logs we stacked -- He did the plumbing and I did the electrical, so our joke was that when you flipped the light switch the toilet flushed :) - We've usually lived in a bit of a fixer-upper that we could add some value toOur goals are to flip 4 houses a year in the beginning, doing all cash deals, and then begin to hold some properties as rentals in a few years.I feel intimidated when I listen to the podcasts because I don't have the ability to analyze all the options like the hosts and guests do!

We know 1 other couple from a church we visited, but we don't know another soul (Except the tire people at sam's club from the blow out I had when we went there lol) I'm a little surprised about not being a lot of multiplexes with the university, but maybe they just aren't on the market? 

I've seen Police Officers  leave our  house filled with roaches, Ministers using our homes as a church, one tenant wanted to use  our home as a Funeral Parlor, and work on the bodies in the basement.
