I want to take initiative, and be cold call as much as I could in my spare time which I don't mind doing, if even tracing ALL my current lists in my pipeline and start calling.I know there are some websites out there like TLO, accruint, and a couple others but I have been informed that you will need a corp/llc set up.Does anyone know any skip tracing websites that let you do it as much as you can in a monthly subscription bases?

It never went legal but I realized that I needed to ensure that my liability policy and umbrella insurance was sufficient if they couldn't collect from the tenant/tenant's renters insurance since the lawyer will go after anyone they can in this situation especially if it were a kid.
