So, thanks to your comment, I was reminded why I generally don't like to make negative comments: some people could take it the wrong way.I'm not sure that this was worth a personal attack but that's the risk one takes when expressing a strong opinion.

You don't need to construct ad hominum attacks saying I'll run around posting how to use air filters as a reason as a reason to evict.  

If I came in at 89% asking, keeping ARV at the same $750k value, my buy price is under asking by the exact amount of my rehab cost and my wholesale fee and cash buyers profit increase...Wondering if this is a better direction for how to attack this problem.

@Mindy Jensen  Re; Dead Body..Yup have found 3 in past 40 years..worst was one at property where I took over as manager,, lady died,, heart attack I was told.. she was a quite person didn't go out much ,,, she leaked thru the ceiling..
