I'm not a huge fan of KCK, other than right by the Med School near State and County Line.

What about splitting things up and make 2 buildings a special themed community?

I'm picking on Disneyland and Disney World because I make a lot of money and I can't believe they raised the price to get into one theme park to $150.

But I do think things like fun games for guests to play or having a theme are popular. 

I can tell you that I basically interrogated all the owners of VRs and B&Bs where I stayed and the recurring theme was they wish they had done more research before jumping.

The mostly common re-occurring theme that I am finding is their proximity to a sports stadium, events center, or airport.  

It also has racing suspension with Asanti Rims and gigantic Pirelli tires.

Now if you know the steps before this, building rapport, the upfront agreement to avoid the me think it over, discovering the motivation of the seller, and decreasing the asking price, this "what if step" is just a trial close, and unless you really haven't done a good job with the 4 steps before, if this should be very easy, should be an easy close.The next step from here is a letter of intent that I ask the seller to sign.
