So how about it, share some of those negotiations that were so far from typical it made you shake your head. 

I think I'll hold out buying any properties at market value until this shake up shows a definite bottom (which I understand could be not months but years)...

In that case, its just a numbers game, and it couldnt hurt to send a few letters out to see what shakes loose.
