It can create a bad cocktail that leaves a bad taste in some peoples mouth.Also, while I agree they can provide a valuable service at times, they're still essentially middle men and generally means the seller will see less money.

I'm having new carpet, paint and countertops put in but not doing a full rehab...just cleaning things up and doing the basics so end buyer can complete to their taste or rent it as is.
