When people analyze the deal you may find that it is an okay deal but not a good one. 

It takes time to meet people and get deals.

I am actively looking to expand throughout the Caribbean. 

They are people and have needs/concerns too.

There have been several cabin fires where people died.

And they are managing a lot of people, having to market, and other things a PM does very little of.

One thing I'm trying to do is to test different cover photos to see which ones draw a greater % of click-thrus (which seems like a reasonable thing to test).I'd like to be able to view the Airbnb stats to see, for each cover photo I test, things like what % of people click through on it.

I'm sure many people on here have spoken about this, but I just wanted to bring this discussion back as it is a part of my job that I enjoy and see benefit to others from it.

But if I list it at $699,900 and it sells for $50k under asking, people think, “Wow, that property must have issues.”

Seems like the few people I talked to that are selling land in Florida are trying to sell it above retail without understanding that most of their potential buyers are going to be builders. do Not buy land in FLA without doing full due diligence  on all aspects . there are environmental gotchas that you need to fully suss out prior to waiving due diligence
