That furnace is still in operation 4 years later with zero problems a/c and handler works like new.And do have a wall mount CO tester in the unit..it's code.Do you need a whole new system, that's a lot of money to rely on only one bid.Like with car repairs, unless you understand the system and know the (Lingo), there will always be those guys out there who will try to sell you "Blinker Fluid" and an engine rebuild when all you need are brake pads: https://www.youtube.com/watch?

I've been looking at those but wasn't sure if the single wall mounted unit can cool a living room as well as a bedroom that is around the corner.

You can find some solid rentals in the Columbus in Linden, Hilltop, Franklinton, Vassor Village, Deshler Park, Driving Park, Mount Vernon, Milo Grogan.

For example we always swap lock cylinders, shampoo flooring, chemical clean drains, ozone/disinfect, patch the mount holes.  

I would have to disagree , the professional contractors I know live in $500K plus homes , have beach houses , motor homes , a couple have nice sport fisherman boats.
