The general strategy I'm thinking of is this:1) Buy an empty lot (they go for around $75 a sq foot in my area)2) Hire a manufactured house builder / draw plans and get city approval3) Get the property built (by assumption, it should be somewhat quick).

Hey all,I plan in building a 1200 sq foot ADU on a single family home lot that currently has a 1500 sq foot house and know there will be impact fees (due to it being > 750 sq feet).
