I feel confident in most aspects of deal-analysis, except for understanding repair costs, especially when looking at online pictures from afar, so this is the area I'm feeling a bit stuck before truly engaging in any kind of offer-making.Thank you to any experienced long-distance BRRRR investors that are willing to share some wisdom with a newbie like myself!

I have checked out BP YouTube videos and also recently started reading Brandon's book on rental property investing. 

If you can come to terms with a Seller, you definitely want to engage either a title company and/or a real estate lawyer to ensure the transaction is executed correctly, the deed, deed of trust and promissory note are all drawn up correctly and filed so that both parties are protected

Of course, after I graduate college I plan on buying my own rental properties.I've been reading books, watching some YouTube videos, and I just started listening to the BiggerPockets Podcast (which is phenomenal by the way).

To be a good home inspector you need to be Knowledgeable.Have a good website.Provide tons of detail in your reports...Photo's, Video etc...Timely.
