I had made a list last year from the kind people on BP...I called around 12 banks, found the 3 with the most competitive rates...lost the list and all my info in a house move...I’ll get to calling these banks tomorrow!

I bought it sight unseen when I found it on Zillow the day that the listing was opened.

I found a duplex that is a 1/1 on each side.

My clients from California have successfully found multifamily homes here.

Clubs and Associations: Are there any clubs, associations, or networking groups that you found particularly valuable for connecting with potential borrowers and other industry professionals?

From what I have been told, these Mobile homes are grandfathered in as they no longer allow these in this area. ( I have researched further and found that these mobile homes can all be replaced at anytime with ones of the same dimensions).
