My parents, who moved from communist dictatorship bought property in NJ from the 90s, not knowing the first thing about finances, didnt know English, and had no idea what cash flow is.

We had previously purchased 2 and 1/3 buildings in Bolivia, and 2 houses by the university of MN , I am a Bolivian woman with broken English,  my husband is a son of a SD farmer, so is a Jack of all trades. 

@Joe Homs That's right, I was referring to Probate but didn't know the english term since it's called a different way here in Quebec.

The owner of the property started saying it's in poor condition (broken english) and I need to replace it.

In English, they do not have to let the Board of Health, The Police, The Fire Department, Maintenance Staff, OR especially a hungry landlord who wants a tuna sandwich from the resident's fridge at 1:26 AM.

And I am getting sick and tired of telling the idiot machines I want to conduct my transaction in ENGLISH.
