Visit your locally owned lumber yard, appliance dealer, windows etc. 

Basically at a point where i could unload them reeeally quick if the loan got called. 

interrogation (if you can call it that yes) but never any threats or complaints, I use Sub2's as a short to mid-term strategy so for me even if they were to accelerate the loan I'll easily unload it.

My current home sat vacant for years before being auctioned off, so many of these situations take years unfortunately to be unloaded.

You may want to unload pay some tax and decide what your next move is. 

Offer them up at a 6.5 or 7 cap (or a bit lower cap rate with friendly financing terms) and just unload them.

Sometimes it takes longer but if I’m sent on a load at 5pm and it takes me an hour to get to the job and another hour to unload it then another hour back to the plant.

I find my SFR architect has no real clue on the development side and argue with them constantly with over engineering.. finally got him to put our homes on a lumber diet...
