After reading the replies I am very curious and amazed that people are willing to give out sensitive personal information to an unknown entity for the privilege of  touring a rental.

It does not ask for any sensitive information.

You are also held to strict reporting times for adverse action letters, data storage requirements, and safeguarding of sensitive information.

People are temperature sensitive. 70 is too cold, 76 is too hot. 

I do know my wife and I, when we were young and especially first time parents, we were sensitive about everything.
