Here's what happened today: (if you want to know what happened last week, click here instead)10:30 am - start work10:30 -10:40 am talked with one of my Sales VPs about some of the properties I assigned him to sell - one is a 6-unit apartment building for $180K and another is a house in Broadview we're selling for $100K10:40-11:20 post a property in my blog ($1.1M land) and emailed it to my buyers' list11:20-1:00 pm talked with my acquisition President about revising our strategy to buy 8 properties from a local bank in North Chicago1:00-2:00 pm lunch2:00-3:00 pm talked about marketing to one of my acquisition VPs so we can ramp up his marketing efforts so he can reach the quota of 1 closing a week3:00-3:05 pm called a wholesaler about a fireburnt 3-flat (West Chicago) that I asked his help to sell - he said he will find out more from his buyer and he will get back to me tomorrow if we have a deal3:05-3:30 pm got a call from someone from BP wanting help with his house in North Chicago (he is now based in Atlanta GA)3:30-4:30 pm read some resumes about a position we have opened for another business - not real estate4:30-5:10 pm answered emails5:10-5:40 pm read BP posts...5:40-6:00 pm got a call from one of my acquisition VPs about a 127 acre-land in Washington state that we can get super cheap -only $1.5M.
