I'm still a relative novice in storage, though I've got my feet under me pretty well, but I know I would still really value the "hand-holding" and genuine attention to what's in my best interests that I'd get from my first broker. 

We're new to real estate investing and looking to learn from anyone with experience from novice investors to the best and brightest and highly seasoned. 

I am still a novice real estate investor myself, but our primary career paths do share some commonality and if you would like someone to bounce ideas off of I am happy to chat.

I find it frightening that you're asking such novice questions when you're in what maybe the most anti-landlord area of the country.

Hello BP community,I am in the process of screening tenants to rent out my first rental property so I am a novice landlord. 

If you are a novice at construction, hire a GC to deliver a turn key product.  

He should never have been giving financial advice to begin with, he’s not a CPA or an MBA or even an experienced investor, he’s a novice.

I can't offer you any super useful information since I'm a fellow novice, but hopefully we can learn together!
